Lompoc Valley Beekeepers Association Bee Removal Service
LVBKA is a group of volunteers committed to public education on the topic of bees
and beekeeping. As a part of this mission, we have a staff of qualified individuals
that can remove bee swarms or, in some cases, established hives. Although we do not
have fixed prices for this service, the club does accept donations. This money is
used to defray the costs beekeepers incur during the bee removal process (transportation
costs, tools, bee hive equipment, feed, treatment, etc.). Donations are also used to
replenish club owned assets (specialized vacuum, medication, safe transport nets, etc.).
Contributions can be made directly to the beekeeper by check or cash or sent
directly to the club where the funds will be divided between the keeper and the

Report a Swarm
Contact us if you see a Honey Bee Swarm. We will respond in a timely manner.
Request an Extraction
If honey bees have made a hive on your property and you'd like them removed
in a peaceful caring manner, give us a call.
Note: Bee hives established in structures or trees may require a contribution for removal.
